Thank you so much for joining the Learning Abled Kids email list! I’m excited to have you aboard and hope that I never waste your time in the information I provide. I hope most, if not all, of the information is News You Can Use in meeting your child’s specialized learning needs.
My goal is to send an email approximately weekly with specific information related to getting started with homeschooling your learning abled child. The first two weeks, you will receive emails more frequently, but the pace then drops to one email per week and one email per month for your first year. All information shared is designed to help you better meet your Learning Abled Kids’ learning needs. After your first year, you will receive a monthly email until you unsubscribe, and the monthly email will contain information related to the specific month during a typical academic / homeschool year. Occasionally, if there is something of a time-critical nature or a special announcement, I may send out an additional email but these will be relatively infrequent so as not to overburden you with excess emails you don’t wish to receive.
Although I am sorry about having to be explicit with legal concerns in today’s society, I must also share this legal agreement with you:
Because you may take action based upon information shared by me, Sandy Cook, and the entity of Learning Abled Kids, by opting to continue receiving our emails, you legally acknowledge you are 100% responsible for any and all related decisions you make and every related action you take, without limitation. By continuing to receive this newsletter you fully agree Learning Abled Kids, L.L.C. and SandyKC are not liable–in any way whatsoever–for any decision you make or any action you take. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE YOU ARE 100% RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR DECISIONS AND ACTIONS, PLEASE UNSUBSCRIBE NOW using the link at the bottom of the email welcome message and each subsequent email. This disclaimer will be included at the bottom of every newsletter to insure you are aware of your own responsibility for the decisions you make.
That said, I do hope you find the information valuable and that you will remain with the Learning Abled Kids’ list throughout your homeschooling career. As always, I am here to help, so feel free to reply to any email with questions you have about the shared information.
Happy Homeschooling!
SandyKC
